I know it's not technically a "cocktail", but in the spirit of St. Patty's Day, I would like to point out the fabulousness that is Guiness. If I was younger, and did not partake in a full time job, I would probably have downed a sixer by this time of day. Happy St. Patrick's Day and please remember to enjoy a refreshing Guiness!
