I call this a girlie car bomb because I do not really like to mix whiskey with my beer.... turns my stomach! Bailey's and Kahlua are much more user friendly :)
Fill a shot glass with the following:
1/2 Kahlua
1/2 Bailey's
Fill a pint glass half full with Guinness
drop the shot into the Guiness glass and chug as fast as you can! If you drink too slow, the Bailey's will curdle and it's not pretty!
